Possessive Whiteness: Claiming Authority as an Ally
Do not follow stfuracists. There are better blogs to be reading. There are more conscious and mature bloggers to follow.
THIS IS SOME CRAZY POSSESSIVE WHITENESS. This white blogger simply cannot apologize for being insensitive nor recognize what she’s been called out for, that she desires to set the terms of public discourse. And in this example below, white blogger gets authoritative and patronizing about a disagreement over something she really has no need to be upset about. If people don’t like your views about day of the dead, leave it alone.
White activists claiming to be allies desire to be authorities. I have yet to see one self-proclaimed white tumblr feminist or white tumblr ally not pull the shit stfuracists is pulling right now.
It’s childish. It’s boring. It’s typical.

People who suck: People who followed your blog, liked it for what it posted, and then the moment it doesn’t post exactly what they want anymore, they bitch and moan.
How about if you hop off people’s nuts and mind your own damn business? Acting like you paying someone to run they blog. Pfffft.Yep, I can relate.
Some people got mad when I said that “Glee” wasn’t racist against Irish people.
Some people got mad when I made fun of John Lennon for his “Women Are The…” song title.
Some people got mad when I asked about using a three-letter prefix in a phrase about cultural theft.
Hey, sometimes, those people who get mad are right. Sometimes, we actually were wrong and need to make it right.
Sometimes, it’s just a matter of opinion, and readers will need to decide for themselves whether or not it’s still worth following the blog that they disagree with on one point.
And, yes, sometimes a reader is just wrong.
Having said that, dumbthingswhitepplsay, it’s your prerogative not to answer my “Ask” when I submit an inquiry about what posts of mine you found problematic enough to trash my blog. But I’ll admit, I wish you’d let me know so I could’ve tried to make amends.
Oh well, I guess we just won’t be following each other anymore.

Second of all, SEVERAL FUCKING PEOPLE have posted about what was problematic with you.
Third of all, just the fucking fact that you’re calling me out with this bullshit “I WON’T BE FOLLOWING YOU ANYMORE!!!!” shows not only your white supremacy, but that you are indeed exactly what people think is wrong with you, a racist, pretend-ally who only wants to get special ally cookies for being an UBER awesome white person.
